Booking Confirmation:

To confirm your booking, full payment is required. Bookings can only be accepted from individuals aged 18 and over. You can amend your booking up to 7 days prior to your check-in date, with the option of a credit note valid for 12 months. We recommend securing travel insurance to cover cancellations.

 

Early departures will not be refunded for unused nights.

 

In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking. You'll receive a full refund or an alternative date option. No further compensation is available.

 

Arrival and Departure:

Upon departure, ensure the cabin and site are left clean and tidy, with all rubbish/recycling placed in designated bins. Excessive cleaning may incur additional charges.

 

 

Breakages and Damage:

While normal wear and tear is expected, guests are responsible for significant damage or breakages during their stay.

 

 

Liability:

Korkhouse Ltd accepts no liability for injuries sustained on-site. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by negligence.

 

 

Stolen Property:

Guests are responsible for their belongings during their stay, including vehicles. We do not accept liability for personal effects.

 

 

Smoking:

Strictly no smoking within the cabin. Smoking outside is permitted, with responsibility for disposal of cigarette butts.

 

 

Children:

While children are welcome, we would like to highlight that the cabin is situated near open water with no barriers present, please take as much care as possible around the water. Additional bedding and cots are not provided or offered.

Dogs:

Pets including dogs are sadly not welcome. We hope to accommodate this in the future.

Code of Conduct:

Occupancy must not exceed the stated maximum.
